Who we are, and why we created the Online Learning Library
The Firefly Group is a leadership development and coaching consultancy with over 30 years of experience helping organisations create courageous, human-centred change. We’ve worked with leaders across industries and sectors - from FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies to public sector organisations and fast-growing start-ups - bringing clarity, resilience and collaboration to the way people lead.
The Online Learning Library is an extension of that work: taking our most in-demand leadership tools and approaches and making them accessible, flexible and practical for individuals, teams and organisations everywhere.
Why most workplace learning doesn’t last
Traditional workplace training often feels like a tick-box exercise. People attend a one-off course, feel inspired in the moment, but struggle to embed the learning once they’re back at their desk. Without ongoing support, most of that investment fades away.
At The Firefly Group, we’ve seen this pattern too often. That’s why we designed the Online Learning Library differently:
Practical tools, not just theory – every course includes bite-sized videos, workbooks and resources designed to be applied straight away.
Blended learning – content is flexible and on-demand, but it’s also paired with monthly group coaching calls for accountability and support.
Designed by coaches – every course draws on the real-world expertise of Firefly’s accredited coaching team, who work with leaders daily.
This mix of learning and coaching helps leaders put ideas into practice, build new habits, and create lasting impact in their roles.
