  • Yes - coaching calls are optional and only available by joining them live. This is to protect client confidentiality and create a safe, open space where everyone can share honestly. By joining live, you’ll be able to ask your own questions, take part in discussions, and get real-time support from Firefly coaches.

  • Yes. You can access the content from anywhere with an internet connection. Pricing may vary slightly in the US, Canada and EU – contact us for details.

  • We’re confident you’ll find value in the courses, but if you have an issue, please get in touch and our team will help.

  • You can log in on desktop, tablet or mobile. The platform is optimised for all devices and browsers.

  • We do. Firefly can provide licensed, white-labelled versions of our courses for corporate use in mid to large-sized organisations. These are branded for your organisation, for example, including your logo, colours, or tailored introduction slides, and supplied under an intellectual property (IP) agreement for use within your LMS or internal systems. Combined with our Certified Facilitator Programme, this offers an approach that fits with your wider learning and development strategy and approach.

  • Yes. While Firefly has not built its own LMS, our Online Learning Library content can be integrated with your organisation’s existing LMS on a case-by-case basis. We can provide the video, audio and workbook files, along with guidance needed to embed our content within your platform.
