Welcome to the Firefly Online Learning Library (the “Library”).
The Library is operated by Firefly Leadership Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company Number: 07650668, VAT Registration: 118465801).
The intellectual property in the Library and its materials belongs to Kipepeo Learning Ltd and is used under licence.

By accessing or using the Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site.

1. Access and Eligibility

Access to the Library is granted to:

  • Registered clients and paid subscribers

  • Employees of client organisations

  • Partners and associates of Firefly Leadership Ltd

Each user must have their own registered account (username and password). Your access is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or resold.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at onlinelearning@thefireflygroup.co.uk.

Firefly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused or shared without permission.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the Library may be granted through:

  • Lifetime access to an individual course

  • An annual subscription providing access to all courses

  • Inclusion as part of a Firefly coaching or leadership programme

Payments may be made online by card or, where agreed, via invoice.
All fees are payable in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT (for example, “£99 + VAT”). VAT will be added at checkout, where applicable, based on your billing location.

Your subscription will remain active for the agreed period. Annual subscriptions will automatically expire unless renewed. If automatic renewals are introduced in future, you will be notified in advance and may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid additional charges.

Refunds are not typically offered once access has been granted, but please contact us if you believe a mistake has been made.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, workbooks, transcripts, downloads, and other materials within the Library are the property of Kipepeo Learning Ltd and/or Firefly Leadership Ltd.

You may view and download materials for your personal learning and professional development only.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or share any part of the Library content without prior written permission.

4. Use of Content and Disclaimer

The content in the Firefly Online Learning Library is designed for learning, reflection, and professional development.
It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

Firefly Leadership Ltd and its partners accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided in the Library.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firefly Leadership Ltd and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Library or its materials.

5. Content Updates and Changes

Firefly Leadership Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course materials at any time to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
We may also make technical or design changes to improve the user experience.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Some content is delivered through third-party platforms such as Kajabi.
By accessing these materials, you also agree to the terms of use and privacy policies of those providers.

Firefly Leadership Ltd is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data handling practices of third-party platforms.

7. Technical Access and Availability

We make every effort to ensure the Library is available and functioning correctly. However, access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Firefly Leadership Ltd is not liable for any temporary unavailability, data loss, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data.
By using the Library, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

9. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Library at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or misuse the platform.
In such cases, no refund will be due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Scottish law.
By using the Library, you agree that the courts of Scotland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
