New Cohort Announced: Firefly Certified Facilitator Programme Returns This February

Our Certified Facilitator Programme is returning! Join us in February for a four-day facilitation training designed to help leaders, coaches and L&D professionals deliver learning that lands.

The next cohort will take place in Manchester from 2-5 February 2026, offering participants the chance to gain Firefly certification and build the confidence, presence and adaptability to lead high-impact learning experiences.

Why facilitation skills matter

In many organisations, facilitation is one of the most critical yet least formally taught skills. People are often asked to lead discussions, workshops or learning sessions without the tools or confidence to do it effectively.
The Firefly Certified Facilitator Programme fills that gap - giving participants hands-on practice, expert coaching, and a proven framework to design and deliver learning that connects.
