New Cohort Announced: Firefly Certified Facilitator Programme Returns This February

Our Certified Facilitator Programme is returning! Join us online in February for a four-day facilitation training designed to help leaders, coaches and L&D professionals deliver learning that lands.

The next cohort will take place from 2-5 February 2026, offering participants the chance to gain Firefly certification and build the confidence, presence and adaptability to lead high-impact learning experiences.

Why facilitation skills matter

In many organisations, facilitation is one of the most critical yet least formally taught skills. People are often asked to lead discussions, workshops or learning sessions without the tools or confidence to do it effectively.
The Firefly Certified Facilitator Programme fills that gap - giving participants hands-on practice, expert coaching, and a proven framework to design and deliver learning that connects.

“It shifted my confidence, and helped me lead in a way that actually connects.”

Who it’s for

The programme is ideal for HR, OD and L&D professionals, internal coaches, and leaders responsible for driving collaboration, development and change. It supports organisations in building internal facilitation capability and creating a consistent standard for high-quality learning.
